After a major refurbishment, the pub re-opened in December 2021 under new management. The focus is now on offering a family friendly environment and good wholesome food. The Sunday roast is a particular favourite. The pub offers a variety of themed evenings from quizzes to bingo evenings and live music. A rebrand and major work to the pub's exterior is planned for 2024.
